Vendor Maintenance Coordinator

Full Time • Birmingham
Atlas Rental Property, one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the Southeast, manages approximately 1300 properties in Birmingham and Huntsville, AL as well as Chattanooga, TN. We are seeking a Vendor Maintenance Coordinator to interact with tenants and vendors!

Tasks include but not limited to:


  • Answer and direct all calls 
  • Respond to texts, emails and portal inquiries
  • Handle in-person/phone complaints
  • Review bills/invoices for completion 
  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction
  • Help to closeout orders
  • Communicate with vendors and work with vendors to close work orders
  • Report quality issues
  • Locate and interview potential vendors 
  • Assist with estimates for external maintenance including projected time and materials needed
  • Report maintenance ratios - weekly and track all open work orders
  • And more
Experience/Technical Requirements:

  • College degree is preferred but not required
  • Property Management and/or Maintenance Admin experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with residents, vendors, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong multitasking and organization skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor - will be handling escalated calls from tenants and must be professional and courteous at all times
